There is an interesting project for the ministry of health Malawi, and there is need for local developers who are willing to contribute code to the system (open source culture) you will be trained on a nice open-source web-based framework and also introduced to collaborative development using bazaar in launchpad.

Note: The Coordinator for this project is Dr. Juma Lungo, Ph.D for research on Free Open Source Software (FOSS) Information Systems.
