Google Earth comes to Google Maps
Earlier this month at Google I/O, we launched the new Google Maps which brings Google Earth’s beautiful 3D experience directly into the new maps. Using WebGL, Earth view enables you to fly through cities, walk canyon trails and climb mountains all within the browser and without a plugin.
