Dear Esteemed Fossers,
I am looking for information on advances Malawi and Africa have both made in computer science. How has Malawi harnessed applications of computer science in various relevant social and economic areas? What more need to be done for the country to take advantage of the booming technology? What focus should computer science studies take to be more useful to Malawi, or what kind of computer science experts does Malawi really need and why? In this field how does Malawi compare to the rest of Africa and how does Africa compare to the rest of the world.
You are invited to either present your opinion or offer references where the arguments are discussed in detail.
