Take Note:

Individuals that do or do not trade under any name are included in "Start-ups" category (w.l.o.g). So there are individual developers you can also suggest them.

No, rather companies/organizations/start-ups that specialise in software in Malawi. I am aware that some developers are "serious private consultants" (often times that is the way they get their 'daily bread', if you can allow me to use that terminology). Such ones I am putting them in the category of start-ups.

I am a Software Developer. My Consultancy Oispr IT, also offers software development as one of its service. At expert advisory level, the actual development and customization, and systems support(which is troubleshooting and maintaining existing software).

Kondwani Hara.

Truthfully there, I do not know if I could put myself in the start up category or organization or individual. It sounds the same to me. Software Development. Is a profession and career. Every person does school to make a living. For what he is trained he should get his daily bread. The only persons not serious are those who did not go to school when chance was available to them. But even these if they are able to develop good software they are should make their daily bread from that.

Can I suggest that for the sake of this request we desist from the game of language and terminology here. I believe the request is very clear because so far I have gotten a good number of responses from noble professionals here. Currently, I am looking for companies/organizations/start-ups that specialise in software in Malawi. I know there are cool developers out there and I respect them very much. But I know that some are attached to companies, some to organizations and others to start-ups.

When in doubt, do not respond. Mails like these just deviate readers from the subject matter and clutter the mailboxes.

All protocols observed. Thank you sir.

Tender regards,
