Dear Action Heroes,

• Volunteer/ Intern At Blank Noise. The last date of application to volunteer or and intern, this cycle is May 15th . The next call for will be announced early August 2016 , for the internship beginning  September. Apply if ending sexual and gender based violence affects you. We believe that every person has the ability and power to influence a safe space, to become an Action Hero. Step in as 'Action Hero'. Apply. 

Bangalore Action Hero Interns and Volunteers , are meeting on Saturday between 2- 5 pm.The meeting will take interns through a three month project plan, should you wish to apply, please do so, today.

•  Media Resource List : Blank Noise invites journalists , reporters, media partners to share contact, and or refer.  

• Meet To Sleep next on June 11th. To build a Meet To Sleep where you are, connect now. Take a nap in your public park. Fight fear through collective action. June 11, Saturday, 2 - 5 pm.

• I Never Ask For It campaign is a five year mission to end victim blame. 

We will be releasing a kit and campaign information shortly. For now , here is the tumblr link . 

Action List for anyone who wishes to be immediately involved 

I Never Ask For It : Clothes Project :

i) send in the garment you wore when you experienced sexual violence. The garment is memory, witness, testimony.  (will send you the address) 

ii) Engage communities , invite them to step in as Action Heroes and collect garments

iii) photograph the garment and send it in to actio...@ineveraskforit.org

( guidelines for photo making will be sent) / you can also upload it on this form here We will be publishing a garment testimonial every Friday.
