Do something memorable on Memorial Day 

Join fellow BLA students; plant for the future; improve the school; and do something that will literally bear fruit! 

This Memorial Day, 6/30 at 9:00am, meet at Latin Academy’s Warren-side parking lot to plant an orchard of apples, pears, and peaches. 

This will establish OCHO (our Outdoor Classroom Horticultural Orchard) which will be used in future years in Science classes to teach grafting, pest mgt, env.principles, and, of course, harvesting. Bring a shovel, if possible, but most importantly, a good attitude (Community Service will be awarded.)

**There is a slight chance that the trees won’t arrive in time, check the Latin Academy school calendar  and/or your email to be sure.
