Finally! A tour of the Hyde Park High building - tomorrow night!

TOMORROW NIGHT:

Tour of Hyde Park High, 655 Metropolitan Avenue, Hyde Park

Thursday, September 29 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm - meet in the HPH auditorium

 

BPS has finally scheduled a tour of the Hyde Park High building for the BLA community.  Please try to attend and bring your cameras, tape measures, notebooks (and maybe even a flashlight or two!)  Ask lots of questions, take lots of photos, and keep your eyes open for maintenance and repair issues as well as classroom size and number.  For example, we can test classroom size by having 31 people stand in a room spread out like student desks and then take a photo.  Also, we can verify how many bathrooms, stairwells, exit doors, etc.  See you there!

(We have heard that a second tour date may be scheduled for sometime in October, but we have no details yet.)

Dear Boston Latin Academy Community,

There will be a tour of Hyde Park High School, 655 Metropolitan Avenue, Hyde Park, MA on Thursday, September 29, from 6:00pm to approximately 7:30pm. We will convene in the auditorium at 6:00pm with a brief welcome and overview followed by the BLA community touring the facility independently. District staff members will be available to lend support during the HPEC walkthrough.
