The School Parents Council, (SPC) would like to inform you about the two events, see below, that we will be hosting at Thursday’s Open house, so please stop by and show your support.  Thanks

Boston Latin Academy needs your help The Friends of BLA, the 501(c)(3), charitable organization, is raising money tonight for three items from The Headmaster's Wish List Today’s Goal is $3,500 which will purchase the following items: u 2 - Thermal Cyclers used to conduct biology experiments: $1,500 u Whiteboard paint to install whiteboard surfaces in selected classroom: $1,000 u Replacement computer equipment for non-working computer monitors and parts: $1,000 Stop by the SPC tables located on the first, second and third floors Online Donations can be made at http://www.blaparents.org For more information about the Friends of Boston Latin Academy, the Headmaster’s Wish List, and how you can help the school, go to the parent website at - http://www.blaparents.org Your gift is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law

 

 

Parents & Students:  The B.L.A. Bookstore will be open for business on Open House night, November 18, from 5:30 to 8:30.  We are all stocked up with traditional favorites such as hooded sweatshirts, T-shirts, and sweat pants and we have a few new items, too:  a full-zip hoodie as well as a quarter-zip collared sweatshirt.  There will also be a large clearance section containing many discontinued items.  We look forward to seeing you there!
