Scripting global shortcut key assignments

HI All

I'm wanting to script the GUI action of going to System Preferences -> Keyboard SHortcuts and assigning shortcuts.

Does anyone know if I could do this via command line "defaults" or some other script? Perhaps a plist editor?

You don't need defaults, or even Secrets for this, but you do need to AppleScript & Enable Access for Assistive Devices in Universal Access.
