Any chance for Parental Controls finese?

I would like to see a tweek that allows me to modify the predefined
time lengths I can grant for Parental Contols; primarily when it jumps
from 2 to 4 hours--it needs a 3 hour.

Being able to type in a length of time would be nice.

The minimum time limit that can be preset is 30 minutes. I would like
to be able to set zero to infinity.

Recursive folder permissions via the Parental Controls will be nice.
Currently you can only grant access to specific apps. Some games
(lesser developed ones like Blockland) require a folder full of junk
to function properly.
