Secret #175761: "Keyboard press and hold behavior"

I wanted to add a note to this secret to indicate that it doesn't work
with Kotoeri (Apple's Japanese keyboard input system), even when the
"US" keyboard layout is selected for romaji input. Unfortunately the
note is more than three days old, so now there's no way to edit it.

To clarify, I'm not talking about inputting Japanese characters. I'm
using Kotoeri right now, in romaji mode, with the same "US" keyboard
layout most Mac users in North America are using (specified in Kotoeri
Preferences > Romaji keyboard layout). Evidently the new key press-and-
hold behavior is not a function of the keyboard layout itself.
