Documents and Desktop objects in iCloud

I moved my Documents and and Desktop objects to iCloud. How can I get QS to use these folders on iCloud instead of standard ~/Documents and Desktop folders?

If you go to Catalog > User, you should be able to enable the 'iCloud Documents' option which will allow you to search your iCloud folders.
