Hello,
I have QuickSilver β54 (3815) installed on Snow Leopard 10.6.2 (Build
10C2234). The install went fine, but I can't get the preferences pane
to open. Some times, an empty window opens, and other time the catalog
window opens (mostly it is the catalog window). Has anyone else seen
this behavior, and if so, is there a fix for it?

TIA,
Jon

Ah, the weekly “preferences won’t open” post. There you are. ;)

When you launch Quicksilver and try to open one of the preference screens, nothing will happen the first time, but it will work every time after with the exception of the main “Preferences” section. That will just be blank under Snow Leopard.

This is fixed in ß57.

Hi Rob,
I'm sorry for the repetitive question (honestly I searched through the
forum and didn't get any hits). I downloaded and installed ß57, and as
you stated, the Preferences issue is fixed! Thank you for your
patience and help!

Jon

I’ve tried to search for something on Google Groups before… No need to apologize.

The magnitude of a problem does not affect its ownership.
