Plugins not installing

For some reason, my plugins won't install. They just time out when I
want to install them. "http://quicksilver.blacktree.com/plugins/
download.php?
qsversion=14336&id=com.blacktree.Quicksilver.QSiPhotoPlugIn
timed out" pops up...

I checked the FAQ in the guide and checked if my useraccount and not
my root was the "owner" of the plugins file in my library, and it
is... so don't know what's going on.

I really like QS, I want to use it more...

also, on another note, is there no thunderbird plugin??

just noticed,
QS won't check for updates either...
so it's not being able to use my internet connection????
help!?

I'm having the same problems. Plugin installs always time out, and
it's also unable to check for updates.

I recently upgraded to Leopard, so I'm guessing that might have
something to do with it.

Any advice?

hmmm, that IS the problem, although shouldn't QS be able to check for
updates if I'm not using the most up-to-date version?? that's kind of
the whole point of having the "check for updates" button!
