hi, ive been usig quicksilver for a few years now. no real hitches.
when i invoke and type 'down' or something similiar my 'downloads'
folder always pops up with a default action of 'open'. i also have the
ability to drill down and then drill back up the file hierarchy.

yesterday out of absolutely nowhere, i invoke and the 'downloads'
folder is gone. what is there is a 'downloads catalogue entry' it has
no available action for 'open' only 'show entry in catalogue' which
takes me to its folder in the catalogue settings of quicksilver. i can
drill down however and see whats inside, but i cant then drill back up
and i have no way of actually going directly to the folder in finder.

any ideas? im totally stumped. using snow leopard and build 56a7. i
havent switched to the current build because i dont know how it will
respond with snow leopard and i dont want down time. this build btw
works fantastically on my machine.

thx

Did you figure this out? I'm having the same issue and it also
happened all of a sudden.

i did, although not from any help here unfortunately. it seems like a
corrupted catalogue of sorts. variations of the problem have happened
to a lot of people lately. for me it was an easy fix. i would say just
try this for any sort of catalogue problem where something just
changes out of the blue.

Quit Quicksilver, navigate to ~/Library/Caches/
delete the com.blacktree.quicksilver folder
delete the folder "~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver"
relaunch quicksilver
they will replace themselves
