and i dont think i have a thuderbird module installed...by the way is
there such a thing available? i couldnt find it
does anyone have ideas how to make this work

This does not seem to be the bug I am experiencing. I think what I'm
seeing is completely different. I can select the appropriate plugin as
default, it just fails to send the message when I try.
