Hi there,

Thanks for letting us know about this. Do you know when the plugin stopped working (was it a specific version of Quicksilver, or a newer version of OS X or Things?)

Unfortunately we do not have the source code for the plugin. The current version that exists within the Quicksilver plugins list was taken directly from https://culturedcode.com/things/wiki/index.php/Things_plug-in_for_Quicksilver

I suggest you perhaps get in contact with Culture Code and see if they'd be happy to release the code.

Thanks

Good morning,

The plugin for Things doesn't work with the current version of QuickSilver.  Is the code for this anywhere I could look at it?

I just sent their support an email.

Anyone know what the plugin is supposed to do? Things seems to have pretty good AppleScript support, but obviously it would be better to start from a working plugin rather than start from scratch.

Thanks David for getting in touch with Things. Your email sparked off a reaction which ended up with them emailing me to say that they do not currently have the resources to update the plugin, but would happily share the source code with any developer who would be willing to update the plugin.

I've asked round the regular devs, and none of us are Things users and as such don't have the incentives or voluntary time to update it at the moment.
If anybody would like to try and fix up the plugin, then all they need to do is email support  [at] culturedcode [dot] com

A shame we couldn't come to a real solution!
