Changelog not getting updated

a frequent problem recently: update ships, but Changelog is not updated - so the choice is: a) wait…, or b) apply update blindly :/

Yes, this is an oversight on my part during the release process. I’ll look into how we can automate this process.

The latest changelog has now been updated
