The help menu approach won't show you all menu items, which is what I
would like.

You can start typing, and it will search to match what you've typed.
The Quicksilver trick -shows- you all menu times first. I'd like that
because the first thing I do when I start with a new program is to
look at all the menu choices to see if there's anything interesting.
The Quicksilver trick would let me do that.

I'm not comparing the two approaches in an either/or fashion. I was
just explaining one difference, that's all.
