action keyboard shortcuts no longer working

All of my action keyboard shortcuts seem to have stopped working. I thing it may associated with my upgrade to macOS 15.5 (24F74). Is there perhaps some new permission I need to enable for Quicksilver?

I tried adding Quicksilver to Input Monitoring and restarting QS. That didn't seem to help.

But then I removed QS from Input Monitoring and restarted it again. Now it seems to be working \o/.
