QS not funtioning again.

was working for about 10 days with no issue. Installed a couple dozen
audio plug ins that have previously worked fine and not caused any grief
to QS.
But this am, QS isn't working, and the menu bar looks like this.
I uninstalled everything from yesterday. No change. I deleted the mnemonics plist from AppSupp/QS.
Ran DFA and Onyx. No change.
It seems that QS is getting corrupt after some time, by what I dunno.
