Wiki reporting "500 Internal Server Error"

I'm getting the occasion "500 Internal Server Error" when trying to update pages on the wiki.

While I am discussing, is there a point I will stop getting these stupid CAPTCHAs :)? Maybe after I have done more edits or after a period of time? I've been logged in and have been adding content for a while now though...

I'll take a look at the 500 errors, I haven't seen any myself.

When are you getting the CAPTCHAs? For all edits you make? No, you certainly shouldn't be getting them when you're logged in :)

I'm getting them on every edit. Sometimes several times since I seem to be bad at the style of CAPTCHAs being used :). I was definitely logged in since they are contributed to me:
http://qsapp.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/Studgeek

I'm also seeing 500s on some page displays also. Just started today...

I get the captchas every single time I submit an edit, too, even though I am logged in. It is kind of annoying. I would be very much in favour of changing that for logged in users.

I've (hopefully) disabled captchas for logged in users. Let me know if things are better for you :)
