Sorry, but I have a new problem with QS. I have installed the iPhoto
plugin to manage my photo albums. When I scan the iPhoto catalog, no
item appears.
Is the iPhoto plugin operative?
Is there any site where I could check which plugins are working with
snow leopard? a kind of list or something like that? Right now, I am
checking old entries, but sometimes it is not enough to understand
what is happening.

Thank you guys.

Are you looking for Albums or Events? The plug-in was last updated before Events existed, so it doesn’t find them. It seems to work fine for browsing Albums on my system though. (Quicksilver B54, Mac OS X 10.6.2, iPhoto ’08) If you’re having problems with iPhoto ’09, maybe they changed the way albums are stored?

It's not that I think guns, drugs, prostitution, swimming, eating and reading should be legal. It's just that no one on Earth has the authority to make them illegal.

Hi Rob,
I am using QS B57, Mac OS X 10.6.2, iPhoto '09. And I just want to see
any album (I am not trying to access any event), and there is no
informationo about it. When I try to explore my albums there is no
item.
For iphoto 09, I am using for my library the mode which does not
duplicate the sources, that is, I am using pointers to the photo
sources, could it be related to the issue?

Thanks you for your reply.

Well, like I say, I don’t have ’09, so that could be it.

Are you searching for albums directly? Or are you searching for iPhoto, then hitting the right arrow or slash? That’s the only way to get to the list of albums if I’m not mistaken.

I don’t think that would make a difference.

The magnitude of a problem does not affect its ownership.

Just tried it, and the module doesn't work for me with iPhoto '09. I guess Apple changed the way they were kept in '09.

Thank you for your help. Is the development team thinking of doing sth
regarding this issue?

I'm off back to uni soon, so my time will be limited.

Submit it as a bug over at:

and if I don't look into it, someone else might

I’ll probably look into it after I upgrade to iPhoto ’09, but I have no plans to do that in the next couple of months.
