Window position on startup

Dear all,

A bit of a confusing one for me... for the last few weeks Quicksilver has relocated to the upper left-hand corner of my imac screen upon startup. This makes it nearly impossible to type into, and dificult to move from the position it's now in. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could reposition the window?
