Latest version freezes at launch

Not sure what happened but after doing the automatic update when I was prompted, each time I try to launch QuickSilver, it just freezes and is non-responsive. Anyone have seen that? That's on a MBP 16" from 2019 running Monterey latest version.

I further discovered that it happens only when I login, when the system launches Quicksilver. If I launch it manually, it works fine.

Please create an issue report at https://github.com/quicksilver/quicksilver/issues and make sure to include a spindump in your upload, so that we can investigate the problem.

Instructions on how to create a spindump can be found here (in step 5 choose Quicksilver instead of zoom.us)
