Catalina beta 19A546d - apple apps in /System/Application

In Catalina Beta, apple apps are in /System/Applications AND in /Applications. 
The appear to be identical and are probably some sort of hard link.
QS cannot open the ones it finds in /Applications though. When selected, nothing happens.
I added  /System/Applications to the catalogue and the version there works.
You can see below that the version in /Applications is missing the app icon.

Good to know, but how did you even get it to run? (I mean, I got it to
run, but only yesterday morning and by making changes in Xcode.) Maybe
it doesn’t crash in the newer betas? I can only get Beta 1 to work in
VMWare Fusion.

With Beta 6 and now Beta 8 QS runs fine. I use mainly normal cmd-space stuff, + calculator + triggers from  f-keys all the time and they work well aside from this phantom apple app issue.
