How do I disable startup modal?

Every time I reboot my computer, I get the modal asking me to give Quicksilver permission to control my computer.

I don't want to grant this permission.  How do I disable it?

I’m not sure, but this might only appear if you use a plug-in that requires accessibility features. Try disabling any plug-ins you aren’t using.

Thanks Rob!

I had Event Triggers enabled, so I turned that off.  I rebooted to tested it and still saw the modal.  Here is a screenshot of my plugins if that helps.

Does anyone else see the modal?  If it's just me, then it must be my setup.  Is there a way to wipe everything completely clean?  (Is it sufficient to just "rm com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist"?)
