iCal Syntax... All Day Events?

I've just started with Quicksilver (where have I been?!) and
discovered the iCal Plug-In.

I see so much potential in the feature, BUT I can't figure out the
syntax for some simple things... such as entering All Day iCal Events.
You would think that just entering [date] -- [title] with no specified
time would work. Alas, it does not.

Any thoughts on the situation?

The iCal plugin is in need of some work. For a long time it wasn't
even functional on Mac OS X 10.5+. Thankfully, the coders have now
updated it to work with more recent versions of the operating system,
but expanding and improving the feature set has not yet occurred.
Creating all-day events is one such as yet non-existent feature.
