Is there any way to configure a trigger to select from a pop up menu?

Or alternatively, a screen location?

If you can come with an AppleScript that does what you want, you could
then create a trigger that runs the script. If it’s simple enough, you
could even run it directly in QS using the “Run as AppleScript”
action.

thanks Rob.  I'll give that a go.  Though applescript is not my strong suit.  I'll try automator.
