quicksilver keeps losing my apps

to Blacktree: Quicksilver
every once in a while when i invoke quicksilver and try to launch a
program, it can't find my app. if i quit and restart everything's cool
or if i just wait a while it's cool as well. any thoughts? my specs
are below.
