Add trigger with fn (function) key

Is there any actual way to add fn in a hot key, alone or combination?

Maybe editing Triggers.plist?

not sure what you;re trying to accomplish. can you give an example?

Fwiw, I want to bind fn as single key or in a combination with MouseTools command line tool (http://www.hamsoftengineering.com/codeSharing/MouseTools/MouseTools.html).
