Cancel or Continue?

While doing iTunes-Lame Encoding, I get a window as if I just tried to
quit the iTunes-Lame, which I did not. I am warned: Cancel Import?
Importing in progress. Are you sure you want to interrupt it? Quit or
Continue Import. This seems to happen each time one track finishes and
the next starts which is therefore also the time it adds the track to
the iTunes library.

After the last encoding, iTunes-Lame quits which I does not on other
machines.

I am booting off an external HD if that should make any differrece?

OS 10.4.10 iTunes 7.5
Powerbook G4 1.5 GHz
Using the internal superdrive.

Any thoughts on this?
