Subrepo issues should now be fixed

For anyone who has been having issues pulling from subrepos (i.e. any Windows users), this issue should now be fixed. Google has fixed the issue by using paths instead of subdomains for subrepos, which avoids the SSL issues that made it difficult to pull subrepos in the past.

Hopefully this will just work if you pull in the changes, but if you have any trouble doing that a re-clone may be necessary.

We now support pushing and pulling Mercurial repositories directly at the project URL, and project repositories (such as the wiki) have a similar URL (such as code.google.com/p/project.wiki).
