New build system

In an effort to stop using {make, bash, perl, sed, awk} in the Blackthorn build system, I have switched the entire thing over to Python. The downside is that now you need Python to build Blackthorn. The upside is that now Windows users won't need the rest of Cygwin/MSYS.

Please update and test it out by running ./make.py in the root Blackthorn directory. The build should work with recent 2.x versions of Python, and hopefully works with 3.x as well, although that is less thoroughly tested.
