FYI: Libraries removed from build/libs

I removed userial and usocket from build/libs because up-to-date copies of the libraries are now available in Quicklisp. I recommend a fresh clone of Blackthorn 3D to avoid having any problems with Mercurial complaining about the missing subrepo.
