Hello Black Peter Folks!

I've been taking a look at all the conflicts in your various schedules and I'm piecing together a schedule of sorts. BUT I wanted to let you know about Monday ASAP. We will have our first rehearsal/ reading Monday 5PM-8PM at the space on Flushing Ave. Everyone should be free with the exception of Alena (Margarita). I hate to have a read minus a cast member but I wanted to get us going as soon as possible since time is ticking away and this was the first date that only one person had a conflict with. 

So, MONDAY 5-8 for our first read and introductions. If you have any conflicts please let me know ASAP. As for the rest of that week, this is what I have thus far:

10/27  2:00-4:30- Alena and Hanlon 

10/28  2:00-4:00- Kurt and Hanlon (as well as Stew)

10/29 - 5:00-6:00 Hanlon and Couba

           6:00-7:00 Hanlon (pedro work)

I would like to work with Jack/Couba and music- Kevin are you around on the 29th?

10/31 (I know its Halloween... sorry)

         2:30-5:30 Hanlon, Couba, Rudy, Kurt, and Alena. 

So, that's what it's looking like right now. I will have a proper rehearsal schedule for the rest of our time with pages we will be working at each etc sent out by tomorrow evening at the latest monday morning. I'm looking forward to working with you all on this fantastic show! See you monday!

I have no conflicts for this week. If Kevin is available on the 29th, I can be available before or after the scheduled rehearsal time.

My availability for the coming weeks is pretty similar to the list I initially submitted.

Jackie, I was a total idiot and somehow wrote my schedule wrong for

here is a pdf version of the schedule (not updated any except for those two times added on the 19th and 20th). This should be easier to interpret/ wont be messed up by converting versions of microsoft word. Double check it against what you have to make sure you had everything correctly!
