Too Long, Didn't Read: Dirt floors make people sick, and billions of people live on them. EarthEnable sells healthy floors in Africa that are 80% cheaper than concrete. We're ready to go big, and need your help to find the team that'll eliminate dirt floors. 

Hi team! 

This one's big!  We've has successfully raised a bunch of cash, restructured our roles, and are therefore looking to build out the team to scale massively.  The best thing you can do for our impact is to help us hire some superstars who love solving problems and want to change the world: www.earthenable.org/applynow

1) (Global Search) Global Director of Operations: a gritty and strategic consultant type with operational experience getting their hands dirty.  Someone who can analyze our operational data to find inefficiencies and cost variances and then take a pickup truck up a dirt hill road to see what's driving them, and THEN create and implement a system to fix them.  

2) (Global Search) Global Director of Sales and Marketing: a creative, intellectually curious, and empathetic sales professional who can pilot sales and marketing strategies, figure out what works, and scale them. Someone who would go spend hours with potential customers, identify hidden opportunities in the process, and figure out a way to use those insights to boost sales.  

3) (Rwanda Search) Rwanda Country Director: a hustler who ties all the pieces together. Someone who can easily keep track of 20+ big projects a time, loves to run around and multitask, throws lots of balls in the air but doesn't let them drop, and is stoked to directly manage and coach the senior Rwanda team with the right combination of compassion and sternness.
