Hi Anay,

Hope the quarter is going well for you!  The first year has already flown by so quickly and I hear second year goes by even faster.  I hope you're enjoying the last few weeks :)

I was wondering if you guys had finalized move-out dates?  I am talking to a few subletters who would like to move in mid-June.  I think you guys graduate on June 15, and was wondering if anyone in your house is planning to move out that weekend (June 15-16)?  That way, you guys could get half of your June rent back from the subletters.  Particularly interested in knowing the move-out dates for those on the main floor and the top floor.  Let me know!

Why does that help us save the money? Until when are we responsible for the rent. Thought it was up until June 17 or around and after that we wouldn't have to be worried about the vacancy....

We pay rent until June 30.

We graduate June 16.

The next group is organizing subletters for the summer an some of their subletters presumably would move in earlier. So if you leave your room on June 18 (for example) then you will get back that half month's rent.

I mentioned money save only b/c our house sucks at responding to email....the fact that another classmate is asking us should be enough reason to respond.  We (Eric/Alex) know the stress of managing summer subletters, so even if we can help them out with a tentative response. we should.
