hey team-

please take a look at the updated passdown doc.  can we agree to remove the highlighted items ?  if so, i think they'll go for it and we can finally get paid.  we'll just depreciate the other stuff @ 10%.

Thanks Khaled.
I would suggest a End of Day deadline today. I would like my passdown fee back. 
Looks like Alex's smart solution is not the fair market value approach MBA1s proposed but rather removing a lot of the "unnecessary" stuff to make the passdown more palatable & then depreciate. 

Leroux & benje are the other 2 ppl affected.
