Hi all!
We hope you are all well. Next week, we will be sending out reminders to register for the summit. We also wanted to announce information about socialization and networking sessions we are holding the week prior to the summit.
This year, we are holding socialization and networking sessions to be held during the week of December 1st. Our aim is for each session to have 5-10 people and to be about 30 - 45 minutes long. One of the planning committee members will be present at each
of the three scheduled sessions to help moderate.
Participants can choose between a variety of topics. A few topic ideas are sharing passion projects, talking about recent travels, or reflecting on your career path so far.
To join the session, please make sure you have registered for the conference. We will send out email reminders with Zoom links before the sessions to the list of registered participants. To help us coordinate, please also sign up
here if
you are interested in participating in the socialization and networking sessions. Thank you!
You can always refer to the
website for more information on how to register, sign up for lighting talks, participate as facilitator or note taker, and create institutional demos.
Thank you and we hope some of you can attend these socialization sessions next week!
