Blacklight server requirements and potential costs

Hello,

I'm investigating the potential implementation of Blacklight for a library consortia of approximately 24 small academic institutions. I'm trying to project out server costs, either using EC2 or some other setup. Would anyone be willing to share their estimated server costs to run Blacklight, Solr, etc.?
