rails engine patterns presentation

There was a presentation at RailsConf on Rails engine best
practices/patterns.

The video isn't up yet for this presentation, but will be, open access,
eventually.

I'm pretty excited to see it and compare and contrast what we've done
with BL to what other people have found to work with engines. BL is a
kind of full-featured complex engine, a lot of our work has been
figuring out how to make that work well and maintainably.
