The non-indictment of the public execution of Micheal Brown is the usual legal dance of PIGS. The State of Emergency by the Governor Jay Nixon was used against the First Amendment rights of the protectors. This is the character of American democratic racist fascism, police are fired for shooting a dog and are not indicted for murdering a 18-year-old unarmed Black youth. The rules of legal prosecution are change when Black youth are murdered, but are up-held when a dog is shot. While President "Buckwheat" Obama is calling for PEACE and not justice. While arguing the the US is a society is that is a society that is based on the "rule of law." Well American law is a society that is based on white settler rule of law that was based on racial slavery. While, the role of most prosecutors role is to rationalize the legal basis of white supremacist power of white capital of class. The PIGS in uniform and out of uniforms were to use the the vast empirical evidence out of context to confuse the proper conclusions of second degree execution.
While the autopsy that was perform on the public murder victim in Ferguson Michael Brown by police officer Darren Wilson. The autopsy was to be conducted at a local funeral home by the famed Dr. Michael Baden of New York with the help Dr. Shawn Parcells a forensic pathologist.
While the prosecutor in this case as (usual) had selective memory in relation to all of the actual autopsy reports. And the reports from Dr. Baden and Dr. Parcells were all but flushed down the American shitty eddy of American legal history.
But as conscious individuals, we all know that all lies are not based on complete lies, but are based on half-truths. However America is unique is legal system around the question of "Due Process" and evident has been based on complete lies, just look at the case of Mumia Abu Jamal, enough said.
Taking a look at the autopsy report by Dr. Baden and Dr. Parcells gives proof that that Policemen Darren Wilson as the coward PIG that he is executed 18-year-old Michael Brown. Dr. Baden and Dr. Parcells goes to give the evidence that Micheal Brown was shot six times, and the first four of the bullets hit him in the right arm and shoulder, and the last two was struck in the head, and the very last one the final bullet was shot precisely and exactly into the top of Michael Brown's head.

This was to show that Micheal Brown who stood at six feet and five inches, this meaning that Micheal had to be bending over, indicating he was not fighting or struggling with Darren Wilson. The Darren Wilson as the coward PIG that he is delivered the coup-de-grace of execution-style-murder.
While the white prosecutor simply ignored all the evidence of public murder as the rule of law.
