2025 Blackhorse Ball Ticket Cancellation Refund Request

Good Morning,

I regretfully am needing to cancel my tickets/reservation to attend this year's Blackhorse Ball. I will be separating from the unit before the date of the event and therefore can not attend. My name is SPC Frick, Michael. I purchased 2 tickets on 7/9/2024 with the transaction id: 98066964 for the amount of $70. I would like to cancel both tickets and hopefully get a refund for the balance paid.
