We are having serious issues with parking in our lot. We have had several new neighbors move in and refuse to follow or respect the rules. They have company stay for days and park wherever they like. A new neighbor has several cars and takes up spaces including the visitor spot. He parks his company vehicle in the visitor spot as well and leaves it for days. Notes have been left on these cars but ignored. We want to all respect each other without having to have their car towed but they are leaving no choice. Is there anyway copies can be posted again as a warning from the HOA?
