Dear Carol, Elizabeth, Laura, Becca and the rest of the team,

Greetings! How we all enjoy the nice weather lately; there is no more 40s in Fahrenheit.

From May 24 to August 30, ESL Cafe will meet from 9 am to 10:20 am in the same room, room 109. This is because during the summer there is no 4:30 pm service and therefore no bus service. Blackhawk Church understands our reason for schedule change and has granted our wish. Thank you Craig for communicating with BUG director Carmen Boyd and submitting the room change request form. (Room confirmation is enclosed below.)

We didn't tell you earlier about this change since we didn't know if the request will be materialized. Now that it is, I thought you need to know this right away for your scheduling purpose. If possible please let us know which Sundays you can host during the summer, especially in June and July, in the next two weeks via email address Blackhawk-E...@googlegroups.com. Thanks.

Hi Craig, I have made the time change you requested. However, there will be a few days this summer that we might have to have the room, so watch your email for those notices. I also need to let you know that how you found room 109 is our standard setup for this room. If you would like to move things for your meeting that is fine, but it must be returned to it’s standard setup when before you leave the room. This has not been happening, so I wanted to let you know that is the protocol for using 109. Hope that makes sense, if not let me know. Karlene

Hello All,

Sadly, I will not be in Madison at all this summer. I will be home in Milwaukee for a few week and also spending some time in Cairo Egypt on a Mission's trip. I'll be praying for the ESL BAG, though!

The other week one of the members asked me if I would help him read the Bible and learn more about Jesus. I hope that I'll find a time to meet with him before the semester is up. Praise God for moving in his heart.
