my talk with Fred and Lydia Bi

Craig and Carol and ESL hosts,

 

I just want to let you know that I got a lot of positive feedback from Fred this morning about

ESL Cafe besides Alpha for ESOL course held on campus. Blackhawk Chuch Extension Ministry leaders

do want to expand international students ministry but it is on hold right now for the next three months

until the new Director of extension ministry comes on board.

 

Another great news is that Lydia Bi, a first year graduate student from China, accepted Jesus as her Lord

and savior tonight right before we were ready to receive the communion in Maundy Thursday service.

 

She came to BH Church first time for Thanksgiving Dinner and then the second time for ESL Cafe on the Sunday

after last Christmas. She was right away attracted to the message and has attended Sunday service regularly.

She also attended my Bible study group at Eagle Heights right away. She only missed the study once when she had a

study field trip during the Spring break. Praise the Lord for God's mighty work in changing her heart. What a day

for us ESL Cafe co-workers to share her joyous decision.

 

I will be at High Point Church for the Good Friday service at 1 pm. Hope you can join me.
