This is my Story:

On 10th of January 2015, my BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1, fell in water, as soon as it fell i remove the battery out and tried to remove as many water out of it and tried drying it. After that i let it dry in Rice box for 3 day. on the 4th day i removed it out (did my little prayer) and inserted battery into it, and magic happened it started.

I was so happy, then came the shocking part after using it smoothly for about 15 days, all of sudden, my BlackBerry Z10 started getting hot, slow and hangs at random times.

Whenever this happened i just use to hit the Power button and restart the phone and all good.

Then on 30th of January 2015, it got heated again and when i did the restart the Phone got stuck on Boot Screen. Thats when i started hunting the net for solution and tried my first solution:

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Z10/Dead-fully-completely-bricked-z10/td-p/2961936

Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):

With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.

It worked my BlackBerry Z10 started, but only after 2 hours same problem and stuck on Boot Screen.

So, i again started hunting net for possible solution and tried to Load OS through Autoloader and i did so with the help of this post: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-10-OS-Device-Software/Upgrading-OS10-devices-using...

But no Luck, the i tried to use Software SACHESI, but the software did not detect my BlackBerry Z10
http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-10-OS-Device-Software/Upgrading-BB10-OS-Using-Sach...

After that after months of trial and error, i can across SIC MULTIWIPE BB10 Software, i tried that after reading the Instruction and following it step by step. I successfully Wiped my BlackBerry Z10 and also installed OS through Autoloader. But No luck.
http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-leaked-beta-os-f395/sic-multiwipe-bb10-bbos-pb-clean-your-device-b...

Still my BlackBerry Z10 is stuck on BLACKBERRY screen.

Any one can understand what exact problem my BlackBerry Z10 is going through, please let me know as i just cant let my phone die. #Blackberry is my life, and i need it.

Please anyone out there can help me, i am waiting for your valued reply.

Thanks & Regards,

‎Zaran couldn't understand the reason of you posting it here..

Well imho he should take it to the BlackBerry centre and have it checked without telling that it fell into water.

Maybe there is some water inside the ic still.. once they open it and check then only we would get to the real issue and maybe they would be able to help.

I ain't sure how long it would take? What could be the process and how much would be the cost?

Thank you!!

My Passport got stuck for one whole day on boot screen and nothing happening. Important thing is that for autoloader to load successfully you should have the blackberry latest drivers installed on your pc. You can get them with blend software. I was trying to load the official OS via Sachesi when this happened. But after I put the latest drivers on my pc and ran the autoloader that I had, it went smoothly.

But your problem seems to be deeper since you have confirmed that you were successfully able to load the OS. Best is to hand it over to service centre.

Hello Friends,

Good Morning.

From 10th January 2015, i was bit busy trying all means to get my Blackberry Z10 working again after dropping it in WATER.

With more than a month trying to get it back working under ICCU situation, i fail to get it alive again.

So with my Complete family pressure (you wouldn't know but i was the only person in my family to own Blackberry) i switch to iPhone.

Ya that's right, you read it correct "IPHONE"

But to be frank, iPhone sucks in Native Mailing. And that was my Primary reason to LOVE BLACKBERRY (unconditional LOVE)

Yesterday, on 3rd April 2015. My Heart was weeping to get hold of my beloved Blackberry Z10 in hand.

So from bottom of my closet i picked my Z10 and powered it up by inserting Battery, and to my complete surprise it booted and started.

Even while writing now i am having goosebumps.

I am proud to say that, it alive again. I was awake whole night updating to latest OS, and configuring it.

ONCE AND BLACKBERRIAN, ALWAYS A BLACKBERRIAN.

Regards,
ZARAN HIRACHAND DHULLA

Lovely! So this is truly a story of being 'BACK FROM THE DEAD' :-)
Feels great to have you back in the family :-)
I couldn't agree more that iphone sucks in email, & nothing can beat BlackBerry in that segment.
