Hey guys, the year looks promising as lots of events are going to take place. Microsoft is planning something big which will also benefit developers. Check out the interview I had with the country manager of Microsoft Nigeria yesterday here http://business-matter.com/microsoft-launches-4afrika-initiative/260
Also, a competition is coming soon with a 'biggy'. (Now when I say competition, I hope this wont generate another controversial talk like the BB10 contests I posted on gtug few weeks back)

This is not the forum to speak about competitive products.

Thanks

Awesome, wasn't sure how to respond to that...

Should we chat about Tayshira and Georgina's emails??

Yes. I need to call Georgie first. Seems like we're duplicating efforts.

Same mistake the last person did. Why don't we abide to instructions and understand how competition works.

I don't see the need to be excited . The truth is how will that money impact software vendors in Nigeria , will it drive our hardware and software expertise or is it going to the pockets of people that don't even know the value of technology , my people the best thing is if the money is directly used to provide the infrastructure for an independent developer or a vendor like u and me to put out innovative products and services that will cover not only nigeria but africa and the world . Stay blessed .
