Can someone help me downloading the blackberry JDE 4.0.2?

I can not download the blackberry JDE 4.0.2 from internet because my
region is outside of canada or usa, and not allowed to download the
JDE. So someone can download the JDE 4.0.2 from
https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do and upload
it to file hoster such as http://www.ziddu.com/? Much thanks in
advance!
